Return Policy
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 14 days of receiving your item, you may return your item to Elite Fine Jewelry for a refund. To initiate a return, customers must contact our returns department to receive a Return Authorization Number as well as a Return Shipping Label. Return Shipping fees are not covered by Elite Fine Jewelry, is the consumers responsibility to pay and purchase insurance for the goods that are being returned.
All Returns are subject to a small 15% Restocking fee. Custom orders are not eligible for returns. In an effort to maintain 100% customer satisfaction, all custom orders are subject to change according to required-specifications and the allotted physical capacity of the item in question.
Our 14-day return policy allows you plenty of time to consider your purchase. With such a time frame in place, you can rest assured knowing you have made the right choice.

How To Prepare A Return: 1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number. Contact us at 954-447-2771 in order to be issued a return authorization number. You must write this Return Number clearly on the package before sending it out to us. Please note that any package sent without a Return Authorization Number written out on the box, will be accepted. 2. Print Your Return Shipping Label. Once you have obtained a RAN #, you will be issued a fully insured return shipping label via e-Mail. In an effort to maintain the integrity and value of each and every package, Elite Fine Jewelry will be issuing a return-shipping label for you. You must use this label to send any return our way. 3. Package Your Return. Please make sure to include all original packaging as well as any other material, which was sent to you.
It is crucial that you follow these instructions exactly as they are stated. Failure to comply with any of the aforementioned steps, will prevent us from properly processing your return. While we have one of the most comfortable and flexible return policies of any online jewelry store, we do ask that clients abide by policy to maintain a speedy return process.
